TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking link for your order.
If you already have an account with Pedro Garcia Online Store, you will be able to view and track your order from the website. You just need to log in, click on “My Account” and then on “Orders.” From here you will see “View detail” and “Track my order” where you will see the status of your orders.

Delivery times are approximate and do not take into account possible delays due to payment authorizations and/or stock availability.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The price of each item already includes sales tax (VAT) as well as all customs duties and handling fees.
INSURANCE
The Pedro García online store insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point you become responsible for your purchased items.
If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package will confirm receipt and be responsible for it.
